Delivery and pickup dates are scheduled based on availability and site access. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the service location at the scheduled time.

Customers must provide accurate site information, including access limitations, terrain conditions, and placement requirements. Best Portables is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by unsafe or inaccessible sites.

Customers agree to use equipment for its intended purpose only and to prevent misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized relocation. Customers may be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Servicing schedules are established based on usage and project needs. Failure to provide access during scheduled service times may impact sanitation conditions and compliance.

Cancellations or changes to scheduled services must be communicated as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations, rescheduling, or early removal of equipment.

Best Portables is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, vandalism, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control. Liability is limited to the services provided under the agreed terms.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that site operations comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Best Portables provides equipment and services designed to support compliance but does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Payment terms are outlined in the quote or service agreement. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

For government and municipal clients, services are provided in accordance with applicable contract terms, procurement requirements, and compliance standards.
