This is a woman owned business and a small business. I had come down for a family event and the other company we got to do our services back out at the last minute didnt deliever and called 30 mins before the event started. I called this company on a recommendation and they were there within 45 mins of that call. They really saved our event. She even threw in a free sink and apologized for the other company and also for not being able to get there sooner then the 45 mins. I really appreciated everytime I had a problem I can actually call and speak to the owner and she does everything she can to make it right or work with you. Can not say enough good about this company. The operators who drop and clean are friendly and personable not rude at ALL. The bad reviews on her I suspect are people who either worked previous for her or are out to shut down A SMALL WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS. Call today and see the customer service for ure self. The lady in the office is awesome and again if u have a problem the OWNER will contact u if u ask. Not ma y business can u get and talk to the owner.
